These terms are an agreement between you and Rusanval Holdings, LLC (“we”), a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business in San Francisco, California, which operates relayflow.dev. RelayFlow is a product of Astucia AI, a trade name of Rusanval Holdings, LLC. Using the site means you accept these terms.

They apply to this website only. They are not a licence for the RelayFlow software, and they say nothing about what that licence will be.

What this site is

A description of RelayFlow, which is pre-release software distributed privately. Everything here describes what the product does today, and we have tried to make every claim specific and true. Even so, the site is informational: nothing on it is an offer, a contract, a commitment to ship, or a promise that any feature will exist in a released version, or will work the same way when it does.

Any measurement shown is labelled as a measured example from our own environment. It is not a guarantee, an average across customers, or a benchmark, and you should not plan capacity or cost against it.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist gives you no entitlement — not to access, not to a licence, not to a price, and not to a timeline. It means we have your email address and will write to you when there is something worth saying. We may close the waitlist, change who we contact and in what order, or stop the programme entirely.

You can remove yourself at any time using the link in any email we send. What we store and how to have it deleted is set out in the privacy notice.

Acceptable use

Please don’t try to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without asking us first, or submit the waitlist form automatically or in bulk. We rate-limit submissions and may block traffic that looks abusive. If you think you have found a security problem, we would genuinely rather hear about it — write to us at the address below.

Content and trade marks

The text, design and code of this site belong to Rusanval Holdings, LLC. You are welcome to quote or link to it, with attribution. The RelayFlow, Astucia AI and Rusanval names and logos are ours; please don’t use them in a way that suggests we endorse or are affiliated with something we are not.

No warranty

The site is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We may change or withdraw any part of it at any time, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this website or from reliance on anything published on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes to these terms

We will update these terms as the product moves toward release. The date at the top of this page is when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

Rusanval Holdings, LLC is organised under the laws of Delaware and operates from California. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States — where we operate and where any dispute about this website would realistically be heard — without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and we each consent to it. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
