What we collect, and what we don't.
Last updated 28 August 2026
This notice covers relayflow.dev. RelayFlow is a product of Astucia AI, a trade name of Rusanval Holdings, LLC — a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business in San Francisco, California. Rusanval Holdings, LLC operates this site and is responsible for what you submit here; “we” below means that company.
The only personal data this site collects is what you type into the waitlist form. There is nothing else: no analytics, no tag manager, no chat widget, no advertising or tracking cookies, no session recording, and no third-party scripts of any kind. Nothing on this page is aspirational — it describes what the code actually does.
What the waitlist stores
Exactly these fields, and no others:
- Your email address. Required. Normalised to lowercase before it is stored.
- Anything optional you chose to fill in: name, company, role, what brought you here, a rough monthly volume band, and free-text notes. Every one of these can be left blank, and the form works if you leave all of them blank.
- The time you gave consent, so we can show when and on what basis we contacted you.
- Where you arrived from — any
utm_parameters on the page you submitted from, or otherwise that page’s address. We do not build a profile from it. - A salted SHA-256 hash of your IP address, used only to rate-limit the form against automated submissions. The raw IP address is never written to our database or our logs.
- Whether your confirmation email sent, and the error if it did not, so we can retry it.
Why we collect it, and on what basis
To email you about RelayFlow. That is the entire purpose. We rely on your consent, given by ticking the box on the form — which is never pre-ticked — and you can withdraw it at any time using the link in any email we send. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
We do not sell your details, share them for advertising, or use them for any other product.
Cookies
One, and only after you submit the form: a cookie named rf_waitlist_result that carries the outcome of your submission across the page reload so we can show you what happened. It is HTTP-only, expires after two minutes, and contains no identifier and no personal data. Nothing is set before you submit, which is why there is no cookie banner — there would be nothing to consent to.
Where it is stored, and who else sees it
Your details are stored on our own servers in the United States (AWS, Oregon). Your confirmation email is sent through RelayFlow itself, which is our own self-hosted infrastructure — not a third-party email provider acting as a processor on our behalf. Mail delivery to your inbox uses Amazon SES, which necessarily handles the message in transit.
Beyond that, nobody. Your address is not shared with anyone else. If you are writing to us from outside the United States, please be aware that submitting the form means your details are transferred to and stored in the US.
How long we keep it
Until the waitlist closes or you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your choices
Every email we send carries a one-click removal link, and you can use it without signing in to anything. You can also write to us — by email or by post, at the addresses below — to ask us to delete your details, to tell you what we hold about you, or to correct something. We will do it, and we will not ask you for a reason.
Changes to this notice
RelayFlow is pre-release, so this notice will change as the product does. The date at the top of this page is when it last changed. If a change materially affects what we do with details you have already given us, we will email you about it rather than quietly updating this page.
Contact
hello@mail.relayflow.dev — which is also the address your confirmation email comes from, so replying to it reaches us.
